KI GONG CLASSES
Ki Gong in the Park gets you ready for your day with gentle warm-ups, a monthly feature set of ki gong exercises, and concluding with silk reeling or 8-step tai chi. It is for anyone. You work with your abilities whether standing or sitting. This can improve balance, blood and energy circulation, and overall health. It helps maintain good health.
