Welcome to our monthly Ki Gong classes—a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of this ancient practice. Each session focuses on specific sets, exploring their movements, mechanics, energetics, and historical significance. Our goal is to provide you with the knowledge and repetition needed to confidently practice on your own and share these teachings with your dojang, friends, or family.

Location: True Balance Karate except March 13, April 11, & July 15/16
Schedule: Monthly sessions from 1:30-3:00 PM (except as noted)
Cost:
$300 for the full year
$90 per set
$30 drop-in per class (cash)
