Breath-Body-Mind Coordination - Bill Strong
Ki Gong is a holistic mind and body experience guided by focused breathing.

Clearing the Mind Mediation Practices - Rodney Ralph
This session introduces meditation practices designed to clear the mind, calm the nervous system, and support focused, relaxed awareness.

Competition Anxiety and Performance - John Robertson
This session explores practical tools to manage competition anxiety and help you stay focused, calm, and confident during performance.

Competition Readiness - Brooke Aderhold
A focused session on improving mindfulness and refining technique through intentional, detail-driven practice to perform at your absolute best.

Eight Pieces of Brocade and Bagua Theory - Aida Good
We will explore one of the most ancient Ki Gong practices, focusing on its relationship to the 8 trigrams (bagua theory).

Five Animal Sports - Rob Johnson
Explore the five animal sports Ki Gong, one of the oldest traditional Ki Gong exercises. We will touch on each of the five animals/phases and take deeper dives into as many as time allows.

Origins of Tang Soo Do I - Gena Eiseman
This session is all about getting the body and mind ready to train, inspired by Grandmaster Jae Chul Shin’s approach. We’ll focus on warm-ups, stretching, and breathing, using Muscle-Tendon Change as the foundation.

Origins of Tang Soo Do II - Justin Helley
Experience the origins of Tang Soo Do through the lens of Sip Sam Seh, the Thirteen Energies that underlie all classical martial movement.

Rejuventation, Dish Circulation, and Theory - Aida Good
This session has us tapping, massaging and moving while we explore rejuvenation and reeling.

Six Healing Sounds - Daniel MacIntosh
History, ki healing statistics, sounds and movements for abdominal breathing and the "nose inhaling and mouth exhaling" method.

Swinging, Shaking, and Ki Gong Intro - Kristina Ohlson
This session introduces swinging, shaking, and basic Ki Gong practices to help release tension, improve circulation, and support relaxed, natural movement.

Tae Kuk and Walking Tae Kuk - Kristina Ohlson
This session offers Tae Kuk and Walking Tae Kuk as tools for developing balance, coordination, flow, and mindful movement.
