Tai Chi & Ki Gong
Tai Chi & Ki Gong are practices which involve a series of slow, gentle, mindful movements and physical postures, a meditative state of mind, and controlled breathing. Tai Chi originated as a martial art in ancient China. Over the years, it has become more focused on health promotion and rehabilitation.
